Most of the POS system nowadays are equipped with the Touchscreen monitor though, however, there are still market demanding for the traditional POS keyboard because of its features of rugged, low cost, and hardware security-control by key-locks.Tysso programmable keyboard
are specially designed for the Retail & POS applications. Each key can be programmed in multiple programming layers and are able to be defined via a PC. The built-in barcode slot reader or magnetic swipe card reader can read membership cards or credit cards. .
All the Tysso programmable keyboards are comes with the mechanical key-switches. It has keyboard wedge interface, and automatic detection of the PC/AT, PS/2. The RS-232 interface is also available on PKB-020 and PKB-040 models which enables the keyboard to connect with the cash register, weighing scale, and other serial devices.
The Win32 and DOS version programming utilities are available for model PKB-020, PKB-040, and PKB-111, all the rest of model only has only DOS version available
PKB-111 Programmable Keyboard features full mechanical switches Keys arranged in two pads. All keys are programmable to multiple scan codes stored in 2KB of EEPROM. Keys may be combined in dual or quad with key caps Optional Magnetic stripe card readers available in ISO or JIS-II track standards, product size: 380Wx180Dx50H (mm)
All Tysso Programmable Keyboard are able to install the modular quad (1x2) and double (1x4 or 2x2) keys that can be easily installed on any keys of the keyboard, vertically or horizontally.
Optional Barcode or Magstripe Reader can be integrated on all of our POS keyboards except the PKB-065.
We can also supply the OEM modules of the programmable keyboard for kiosk integration or other hardware integration applications.
Our QC and testing equipment is developed in-house. All the materials and components we use are examined carefully and tests are carried out at each stage of production. Finished products are tested before packaging and again before delivery.
